All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit. Reservations will be held for up to 7days for the receipt of deposit. The person (now referred to as the Lead Customer) whose name appears on the booking confirmation or who has made the booking via the telephone or internet is the person who has entered into the Contract with the ‘Windsor Carlton’ & it’s proprietors. A deposit of £30.00 per adult is required in advance, or, if reservation is for one night only the full amount is required. Deposits are non refundable. In the event of cancellation please see table below for cancellation charges. The Lead Customer will be liable to pay the cancellation charges as per the reservation and furthermore agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit/debit if supplied, without any further permission being required. In the best interest of our guests, therefore, we strongly urge you to protect yours against these charges by taking out adequate travel/holiday cancellation insurance. Accounts must be paid on departure by cash or credit/debit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron. Payment of accounts made by cheque will only be accepted ten days prior to arrival. No allowance can be made for meals and/or accommodation not taken during the period reserved. Unless prior arrangements have been agreed with the Proprietors of the ’Windsor Carlton’ rooms will be ready for occupancy from 3pm on day of arrival. Rooms and Car Park must be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Failure to vacate rooms by 11am will incur a £10.00 an hour charge. Failure to vacate Car Park will incur a £1.00 per half hour charge. Charges will be recovered from the Lead Customer who agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit/debit card if supplied to pay the deposit, without any further permission being required.
The proprietors cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of guest’s property. Cars parked in the car park do so at the owner’s risk. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests and/or staff, or who causes damage to the hotel and its fixtures and fittings. Any damage or costs that occur because of such behaviour will be recovered from the Lead Customer, who agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit/debit card if supplied without any further permission being required this includes any legal expense incurred by the proprietors as a result of a guests actions. A detailed invoice for costs will be forwarded to the Lead Customer. Lost or damaged key/s or key/s broken in door locks will incur a charge of £10.00 for replacement key and £30.00 for locksmith callout charge. The whole of the establishment, including bedrooms & their ensuites are non-smoking areas and we are legally bond to enforce it. Irons are not prohibited in rooms. Irons and ironing boards are available on request. Strictly no takeaways in rooms. Please eat it outside. At the discretion of the proprietors, additional charges for cleaning, damages and loss of income in the event of the room being unsuitable for let, will be recovered from the Lead Customer, who agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit/debit card if supplied, without any further permission being required. A detailed invoice for cleaning, damages and loss of income will be forwarded to the Lead Customer.
